Proverbs 2:4 & Proverbs 4:7
"Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures."

"Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgement."
Wisdom. Such a strong word. He is wise. She has great wisdom. But what does it mean? It's defined in the dictionary as the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgement. However, that's not the wisdom I was necessarily seeking or the wisdom I want my name associated with. Wisdom defined biblically is a skill of seeing beyond the thin surface of how things appear to your eyes. It is a capacity of the mind that allows us to understand life from God's perspective. That is the wisdom I want. I desired wisdom, so I sought it out through reading. Reading the holy word and through books. I read roughly seven to ten books in the matter of mere weeks. I could not put them down. Titles like "Running From Fear to Faith", "Do it Anyway", "It's Not Supposed to Be This Way", "But God", too many more. It provided me with a sense of wisdom from other's experiences that I was able to use those perspectives to reshape mine and apply it to my life and my current situation. I had found a sense of peace. Peace is the Holy Spirit upon you even when a storm is around you.
